China Boton Group was founded in Shenzhen in 1991, formerly known as Shenzhen Boton Flavors and Fragrances Co., Ltd. The Group was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2005 (Stock Code: 3318.HK). It is the first Chinese company in the flavor and fragrance industry that is listed in HKEX. After years of development, Boton has developed four core business sectors, flavor and fragrance industry, E-cigarette industry,Bio-health industry as well as industrial park operation and management.

Boton has established high-tech and eco-friendly manufacturing bases in Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Huizhou in Guangdong Province, Hubei Province, Yunnan Province, Jiangxi Province, and other places. Flavor and Fragrance Industry
Boton Group has been developing high-tech flavor and fragrance products of more than 7,000 varieties, including tobacco flavors, food flavors, daily use flavors, natural fragrances, synthetic fragrances, biotechnological fragrances, etc. The whole chain covers extraction, R&D, application, production, sales, and service. It has become one of the most famous Chinese flavor and fragrance manufacturers for nearly three decades.
E-cigarette Industry
In 2016, China Boton Group successfully acquired Huizhou Kimree Technology Inc. and announced itself to be a member of the E-cigarette industry.
Boton currently has numerous subsidiaries in the E-cigarette industry, forming a sound industrial chain system, which includes supplier integration, E-Juice blending, E-cigarette design and manufacturing, brand building and operation, cultivating the domestic and foreign market, etc. Nowadays, Boton has more than tens of E-cigarette brands, whose products are exported to Europe, America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other regions. Notably, it has maintained the highest market share of the E-cigarette industry in South Korea.
Health Industry
China Boton Group takes the initiative to expand into different emerging fields, such as biotechnology and the health industry, which is committed to the application and development in the health and biomedical industries.
It has set up different technical research centers in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Yunnan, etc. Through biotechnology such as genetic engineering, metabolic engineering, and synthetic biology, Boton has built a high-efficiency microbial cell factory whose research and development scope includes Chinese herbal extracts, natural compounds, natural functional molecules, and drug intermediates.
